Task Scheduling

integrum Tasks feature can be used to:
  • Assign Tasks to Individuals by their Organisation Role. Tasks are a series of systematic steps that are undertaken in order to complete a project. Using integrum, tasks are assigned to a specified role within an organisation, such as "Safety Officer", so that if personnel leave, all allocated tasks are reassigned to the new "Safety Officer". The skills required to complete the task can also be defined to ensure appropriate personnel are allocated to the task.

  • Set Timeframes and Frequency of Tasks. Management can set timeframes to complete the task. If the task is ongoing, a frequency can be defined and reminders sent when the next performance of the task is required. These tasks can also have their own targets and KPIs defined to measure its success.

  • Linking to Associated Documents. integrum ensures that any relevant aspects or hazards, regulatory requirements, company procedures or corrective actions can be linked to any task. This enables quick access to any related information to assist in the completion of the task.

  • Define different Task Types. integrum has two task types, Monitoring and Work tasks, however integrum allows further customisation by an organisation to create their own task types to suit their organisational or reporting requirements.

  • Keeps people informed. Automated email notifications can be easily defined to keep people informed about approaching deadlines.

  • Ensures accountability and tracks workflow history. integrum tracks who and when someone has made changes to a document.

  • Gives confidence you have information you can trust. integrum ensures the entire organisation relies on a central document repository, so that everyone always has access to the most current version of a file.
