Risk Assessment MatrixThe Risk Ranking Matrix provides the user with a powerful tool to assess related risks of specific hazards. The matrices are based on international standards for risk assessment (AS/NZS 4360; ISO 31000) which the default settings reflect. The matrices are totally user definable within the Administration database, meaning that you can configure them to include the factors that are relevant for your own organisation and set the qualitative results that respond to the Priority Scores.
| Users can define how large they wish to build their matrix with the largest being a 10 x 10 matrix. Users have the ability to select which of the factors consequence, likelihood and exposure will be included and how these factors are to be calculated (addition or multiplication). |  |
The names given to the factors, descriptive titles, weightings and even the colour scheme are customisable by the user. Associated documents from the Regulatory Requirements, MSP’s, Procedures and Multimedia Libraries along with associated Corrective Actions can be linked directly to these documents.
