Incident Management & Corrective Action Registersintegrum has a complete Incident Management Tool that includes:
- A built-in form builder. integrum enables your staff to design their own Corrective Action Request (CAR) forms, without needing to involve a team of IT staff. This means that the people who use the incident management system can maintain it themselves and have the flexibility to adapt it for future business requirements, while retaining all the benefits of a standard software package.
- Action Items from CARs. Each Corrective Action many have an unlimited number of actions that are assigned to different personnel. These are all tracked and monitored in the CAR Document. When the status of Action Documents or CARs change, key personnel are automatically advised via e-mail notifications.
- Group Related Corrective Actions. integrum enables users to group CARs that are related in some way to other CARs. We call these Sub-CARs and they are automatically assigned the same CAR tracking number with a sequential number suffix. Within each CAR or Sub-CAR you can also raise Action Items for follow-up.
- Status Tracking and Control. To ensure that actions are not forgotten, it is not possible to close the CAR until all of the actions associated with it have been completed. Individual CARs and associated Actions also appear in a View called “My Corrective Actions” which is a personal “To-Do-List” of all incidents that have been associated with each person.
- Management Reporting. Views are available to summarise days outstanding, CARs and Actions by person and other organisational and system categories.
- Automatic Reminders and Notifications. integrum uses your internal email system to send notifications and reminders to staff for follow-up action, ensuring that all associated corrective actions are completed and not forgotten.
- System Security. The security features built-in to integrum, also allow your non-IT staff to control access to particular incidents on a “Need-to-Know Basis”, ensuring commercial secrecy and helping your organisation to meet relevant privacy legislation.
